Redondo is a handsome young man, 23 years old as of NS 21. He is a budding performer, competant with a variety of instruments, and an author of a few semi-popular songs and peoms performed around the Far Coast. His song "The Lady of Dunwood" is perhaps his most famous piece to date, chronicling the sad love story between a woodsman's son and a dryad and detailing how true love prevailed through the actions of a group of heroes.
In fact, Redondo has fallen in love with one of these heroes, the Indolle priestess Kelliene of House Riverine. Redondo's love for Kelliene is so intense that it borders on the melodramatic, and the bard uses her as a muse for most of his current works, which tend to be much more romantic, including more than a few sonnets and odes to his lady. In N.S. 24, Redondo married Kelliene in a ceremony in House Riverine. He now dwells with the priestess in the House.
Redondo has gained a permanent berth at the Rusty Mage Inn, for the innkeeper enjoys his performances and the crowds he brings in, and now enjoys the favour of Indolle that Kelliene brings as well. Redondo is ignorant of this fact, and he tends to have blinders on for anything that does not concern him or his love.
While competant with a blade, the bard prefers to talk his way out of most situations. He is not wont to adventure, and tries to avoid dangerous assignments, though Kelliene's insistance on braving dangers for her House caused him no end of worry. Therefore, he was elated when, upon their marriage, Kelliene agreed to spend most of her time at House Riverine, performing her priestly duties and perhaps one day to begin raising a family.
